Easytrip RFID services unavailable May 19-20 due to maintenance

MANILA, Philippines — Several radio frequency identification (RFID) services will not be available due to upcoming system maintenance of Easytrip Services Corporation.
The corporation announced on Thursday that it will conduct a system maintenance from May 19, 11 p.m. to May 20, 5 a.m., thus advising motorists to plan their transactions ahead to avoid inconvenience.

The following RFID services will not be available during the activity:
- RFID reloading (via MPT DriveHub app, Easytrip stations, kiosks and other reloading platforms)
- Balance inquiry
- Statement of Account Generation via myeasytrip web
- RFID installation in Easytrip stations, customer service centers and toll plazas
- Online RFID appointment via Online RFID Reservation and Appointment System

“Rest assured that all passages and transactions are recorded and will be reflected in your account accordingly,” the corporation said in a statement. / MR
